Proper Ventilation for Your Outdoor Kitchen Island: To ensure proper ventilation, it's important to have at least two vents for each grill installation, one in the low position for Liquid Propane and one in the elevated position for Natural Gas. This allows for the proper circulation of air, keeping your outdoor kitchen island cool and comfortable. The Classic Series Flush Style 36" Double Access Vented Door is equipped with a single vent that can accomplish half of the ventilation requirement. However, it's important to note that it's not sufficient to provide proper ventilation for your entire outdoor kitchen island.
