Affiliate program terms

These terms apply to the Sunscape affiliate program (the "Program"), run by Sunstone Metal Products on sunscape.ai. By joining the Program you agree to these terms and to the Sunscape terms and conditions and privacy policy.

1. Joining

You need a Sunscape account to join. We may review applications and may decline or close any affiliate account at our discretion, for example for a breach of these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement.

2. Your links and referrals

You receive a personal referral link, an affiliate page and promotional materials. A referral is credited to you when a visitor arrives through your link and, within the referral period shown in your dashboard, buys a Sunscape plan or places an order on the Sunscape shop. Credit goes to the most recent affiliate link the visitor used. You can't refer yourself or your own business accounts.

3. Commissions

The commission rate and referral period are shown when you join and on your dashboard; we may change them for future referrals with notice on your dashboard. Commissions are calculated on the amount actually paid, excluding taxes, shipping and fees. Commissions on refunded, cancelled, charged-back or fraudulent purchases are reversed.

4. Payment

Commissions are reviewed and approved monthly and paid on the monthly statement, using the payment details you provide. We may hold payments below a minimum amount until the next statement. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings and for giving us any tax information we need.

5. How you may promote Sunscape

• Clearly disclose that you're an independent affiliate and may earn a commission, wherever you share your link.
• Describe Sunscape and its products accurately. Don't make claims about prices, features, availability or results that aren't on the Sunscape website.
• Don't send spam, buy ads on Sunscape or Sunstone brand names, imitate the Sunscape or Sunstone websites, or use the Sunscape or Sunstone names in your own domain or account names.
• Don't use misleading, unlawful, hateful or adult content, and follow the laws and platform rules that apply where you promote.
• Use only the logos, pictures and banners we provide, without changing them.

6. Your relationship with us

You're an independent affiliate, not an employee, agent or partner of Sunstone Metal Products. You can't make promises or agreements on our behalf.

7. Ending

You may leave the Program at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. We may end the Program or your participation at any time. Approved commissions earned before the end are paid on the next statement unless your account was closed for a breach of these terms.

8. Liability

The Program is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under the Program is limited to the commissions owed to you in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll show the date of the latest version on this page and let active affiliates know of material changes. Continuing in the Program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
