Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use Sunscape — the website, the 2D and 3D configurators, AI Render and Studio, the member hub, the store, and the affiliate program. Sunscape is operated by Sunstone Metal Products, 16004 Central Commerce Dr., Pflugerville, TX 78660 (888-934-9449). By using Sunscape you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private; you're responsible for what happens in your account. Give accurate information, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Company accounts are managed by their owners, who can add and remove team members.

Plans and billing

• Free gives you a limited 2D planner. Designer and Professional add the 3D configurator and the other features shown on the Plans page, which also lists each plan's price and AI credits.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month (or year, if you chose yearly) on the card on file until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from Your Sunscape. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't give partial refunds for unused time unless the law requires it.
• We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.
• Promotional or complimentary access (for example for invited dealers) lasts for the period we tell you, then moves to the plan you choose.

AI credits

AI Render and Studio use AI credits. Credits included with a plan are refreshed each billing period and don't carry over or have cash value. Credits you buy separately are not refundable once used. AI pictures are illustrations of a design and may not show exact products, sizes, colors or site conditions.

Designs, quotes and orders

• Layouts, prices, cut-out sizes, build guides and quotes from the configurators are planning tools and estimates, not a construction contract or engineered drawing. Confirm every measurement and cut-out against the product specifications and your site before building or cutting stone, and follow local codes for gas, electrical and plumbing work.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it. Prices, availability, shipping and returns for products are shown at checkout and on your order confirmation.
• Prices from a dealer's configurator or quote are set by that dealer.

What you own and what we own

You own the designs you create and the photos you upload. You give us permission to store, process and display them to provide the service — for example to render them, share them through links you create, and, if you choose to post them to the Community gallery, to show them there. Sunstone owns the configurators, product models, catalog data and photography, and the Sunscape name and logos. Don't copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the catalog, product models or the configurators.

Fair use

Don't misuse Sunscape: no attempts to break or overload it, get around plan limits or locks, access other people's accounts or data, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use it to send spam.

Affiliate program

• Affiliates must be approved. We can pause or end an affiliate account at any time, for example for misleading promotion or abuse.
• Commissions are earned on paid plans and orders from people who join through your link, at the rate shown in your affiliate dashboard. You can't earn commission on your own account or purchases.
• Commissions are reviewed and approved monthly and paid after approval; refunded, charged-back or fraudulent sales earn nothing.
• Describe Sunscape and Sunstone products accurately, and don't bid on our brand names in paid search ads.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Sunscape running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, and we'll give notice of changes that significantly affect a paid plan.

Limits on our responsibility

Sunscape is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Sunstone isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for building or installation decisions made from a design or estimate, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Sunscape in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account closes, paid plans end and we delete your designs as described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Sunstone Metal Products is based (Pflugerville, TX). Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Pflugerville, TX, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
