Description
The 28″ Insulated Large Drop‑in Ice Chest A‑IC is designed for users who want an exceptional outdoor kitchen upgrade. From the beginning, this 28″ Insulated Large Drop‑in Ice Chest offers unmatched cold retention, built with food‑safe 304 stainless steel and fully high‑density insulated panels on all sides. With a lid that is 1‑inch thick, it helps lock in cold and reduce ice melt even under hot conditions. Measuring 28″ wide × 21″ deep × 13″ high, with a required cut‑out size of 26‑1/8″ W × 19‑1/8″ D × 10‑1/4″ H, the 28″ Insulated Large Drop‑in Ice Chest features an extra‑deep interior basin for holding large quantities of ice, beverages, or chilled goods.
The thick insulated lid adds both protection and thermal performance, ensuring that your ice remains solid and content stays cool longer than many standard outdoor fridges under direct sun. The construction of the 28″ Insulated Large Drop‑in Ice Chest includes multiple stainless steel gauges (16, 18, 20) for structure and durability, a light brushed #4 finish that matches Sunstone’s aesthetic line, and food‑safe interior and exterior for safe contact with ice and drinks. All panels are insulated, and the lid is rigid enough to resist weather and damage.
Installation for this 28″ Insulated Large Drop‑in Ice Chest is straightforward. It comes with all required hardware and instructions for drop‑in mounting, even in thicker counters. There’s no need for additional covers or accessories—the lid comes included, designed to protect contents from rain, sun, and outdoor elements while maintaining performance. Warranty coverage is strong. It’s built to withstand outdoor environments, heavy use, and high temperatures, making it a long‑lasting asset for your outdoor kitchen or bar. Use this 28″ Insulated Large Drop‑in Ice Chest when entertaining, hosting BBQs, or needing a reliable chill source. Its size, insulation, and lid make it more efficient than many chill boxes or small refrigerators. Plus, its sleek design with sharp edges, modern rectangle shape, and solid stainless steel build will elevate your space both visually and functionally.
