An outdoor kitchen that only sears steaks is half a kitchen. Sunstone’s cooking line is built so one cabinet run can host gas weeknights, charcoal weekends, pellet overnight, and a 65,000 BTU burner for the stockpot — without swapping the island.
The inserts drop into the same 304 stainless bays you plan in 2D. Universal trim keeps a Ruby grill, a hybrid, or another brand in the same cut-out. Fuel is a cooking choice, not a remodel.
Ruby Pro-Sear: the everyday fire
Ruby Series is the grill Sunstone built its name on — heaviest gauges in the class, 304 stainless, and Pro-Sear thermal grids that hit 800°F in dedicated zones. Three, four, and five-burner configurations cover a galley or a full entertaining island.
Limited lifetime structure warranty, three-year burner guarantee. Tested by thousands of kitchens for more than twenty years. This is the insert you put in the run when the homeowner wants restaurant sear without a restaurant invoice.

Hybrid: switch fuels mid-cook
The SUNCHZ30 and EMCHDZ42 carry gas, charcoal, wood, and infrared in one Texas-engineered box. Light on gas, drop charcoal or wood for smoke, then hit infrared past 800°F without changing cabinets. Height-adjustable charcoal drawers let you raise or lower the fire without lifting the lid.
Fourteen-gauge 304 stainless. Thirty to thirty-five thousand BTU of gas, plus 15,000 BTU infrared. This is the grill for the cook who will not pick a single religion.

Change the fuel. Keep the cabinet. Hybrid is how one kitchen covers a Tuesday burger and a twelve-hour brisket.
Pellet, Power Cirque, and the rest of the line
The 40" pellet grill gives 918 square inches of cooking area, a patented built-in cold smoker, a 28-pound hopper, and a weatherproof touchscreen with three meat probes. Digital control from 140°F overnight to an 800°F flame broiler. Fan-forced convection. It is a smoker that still sears.
The 24" Power Cirque is a different tool: 65,000 BTU from three cast-iron burners in a circular well, recessed in ceramic insulation. Wok, stockpot, 19" griddle insert, or pizza stone. Solid 304 raised grates. Put it next to the grill and the island stops being “just a barbecue.”

Power burner, charcoal, and StarBBQ on the go
Drop the Power Cirque in a 24" bay and you have restaurant output in a residential island. Pair it with a charcoal smoker and pizza oven — dual-zone wood fire, smoker, and oven in one unit — and the cooking line covers every weekend habit.
StarBBQ is the portable side of the same shop: smokeless fire-pit inserts in 24, 36, and 48 inches, a fold-out camper griller, and a rocket stove that folds out of a .50-cal ammo can. Same 304 thinking, built for tailgates, RVs, and impulse floors — not only the patio island.
